End Side

My 1999 ford taurus starts to shake in the front end mostly left side when i drive over 60 what is the prob?
It seems to shake more on the left side. Someone told me my tires need to be balanced but im not so sure. It starts to shake at 60 and will get some what bad then die down some when i speed or slow down some i dont know whats going on. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.
had a 96 that shaked,, would go away in the turns, slow speed up,,, was a wheel bearing. jack up the left an see if u can move the wheel up down forward or back. or take wheel off an see if there is any gease where it sholdn't be around the spindle or hub. if tires are not worn ackward than tierod is not the problem, could also be a badly warped brake rotor that u could see with the wheel off an see a wave in the shine of the rotor an feel with the hand. hope this helps figuring out ur problem good luck
